Baseball Rules

Listed Pitchers must start. A wager where Listed Pitchers is specified means that both Listed Pitchers must start the game or wagers are void.

Single specified Pitcher. A wager where a single Pitcher is specified means that specified Pitcher must start the game or wagers are void.

Action. Wagers are Team A vs. Team B and not reliant on Pitchers. Odds will change based on the new Pitcher.

Money line wagers are considered official after 5 (five) innings; or 4.5 innings if the home team is winning. If a game is called or suspended before 9 innings (or 8.5 innings if the Home team wins) are complete, the score at the end of the last completed inning will be considered final.

The above will NOT apply to Post Season games where suspended games will be resumed from the point of delay the following day. All wagers will be settled on the complete result.

For all Regular Season Run line (spread) and Total (over/under) wagers to have action, the game must go 9 innings or 8½ if the home team is winning. If a game goes past 9 innings and is not completed (suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on Run line and Total wagers.

Regular Season Games must be played on scheduled date and site. If a game is rescheduled all bets are cancelled.

First 5 Innings Baseball Lines: All wagers have action. All wagers on Baseball first 5 innings will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of the 5 full innings. If a game does not go the 5 full innings, all first 5 innings wagers will be canceled and stakes refunded.

If a regular season Double Header is scheduled for 9 innings, then the regular above rules apply.

For all scheduled 7 Inning regular season Double Headers: Run line (spread) and Total (over/under) wagers to have action, the game must go 7 innings or 6½ if the home team is winning.

If a game goes past 7 innings in a scheduled 7 inning Double Header and is not completed (suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on Run line and Total wagers.

For NCAA Baseball: In the case that a Run Ahead or Mercy Rule is invoked, games will be considered to be complete.

NCAA Baseball Rules: Regular Baseball wagering rules apply, except for the following: If a regular season game ends as a tie, Money line wagers will be considered no action.

International Baseball Rules: Regular Baseball wagering rules apply except for the following: If a regular season International game ends as a Tie then Money line wagers will be graded as NO ACTION. Mercy Rule: In the case that a Run Ahead or Mercy Rule is invoked, games will be considered to be complete.

MLB All-Star Game – Home Run Contest to Break Tie: If the All-Star Game is tied at the end of nine innings, the winner will be determined by a Home Run Contest. For full game markets, the winning team of the Home Run Contest will be awarded one run. For example, if the game is tied 4-4 at the end on nine innings and the National League wins the HR Contest, the National League wins the game by the score 5-4.

Player Props – The game must go at least 8.5 innings for any player-related bets to stand. Otherwise, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned. All players and pitchers must be in starting lineup for action.

Game Props – The same rule applies for all game prop markets except: “Will there be a score in the 1st inning”, “Total runs+hits+errors in 1st inning” and “Team to score first” (assuming at least one of the teams has scored at the time the game is discontinued.) All props have action regardless of a pitching change.

Runs + Hits + Errors: Both listed pitchers must start. The game must go 9 full innings or 8½ if the home team is winning. Extra innings count.

Team Totals: Both listed pitchers must start. The game must go 9 full innings or 8½ if the home team is winning. Extra innings count.

Adjusted / Alternative Run lines: Both listed pitchers must start. The game must go 9 full innings or 8½ if the home team is winning. Extra innings count.

All Props are graded after the game is final.

All Pennant and World Series wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event, the winner of said wager is determined by MLB. Whoever the MLB deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by MLB, all wagers are considered “NO ACTION”.

Player Season Props: For individual Baseball Player Season Stat Props, the Player must be on the active roster for game 1 for wagers to have “ACTION” or else will be voided.

Player Awards: All wagers have “ACTION”

Baseball regular season wins: Each team must play at least 160 regular season games for wagers to have action unless the outcome is already determined. All wagers are graded after the last regular season game played.

Wagers on Baseball series are based on the first three games played of each series.

All three games must be played on the specified dates otherwise series wagers will be no action.

A called game will count toward a series wager provided it is officially declared a regulation game.

Pitchers cannot be Listed for series wagers. All wagers will have action regardless of the starting Pitchers.
